3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Luxcarry is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
