3. Return Shipping Costs

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Luxcarry is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
